1. Acceptance

By downloading or using HEIC Drop ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

HEIC Drop is provided as a free-to-use application with an optional paid license. The free version includes a short conversion delay. Purchasing a license removes this delay and is tied to your machine.

The license is personal and non-transferable. One license key activates one machine at a time.

3. What the App Does

HEIC Drop converts HEIC/HEIF image files to JPEG or PNG. It can monitor your Downloads folder for files received via AirDrop and convert them automatically. All conversion happens locally on your Mac. No images are uploaded anywhere.

4. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all systems. Use it at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any data loss, file corruption, or damages arising from the use of the App. You are responsible for keeping backups of your files.

6. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
